Another Festival Tradition - Chocolate Mocha Mousse on handmade bittersweet chocolate shells topped with raspberry sauce prepared by Becky Mallar, innkeeper of the 1785 Inn. This recipe won Yankee Magazine B&B Recipe Contest in 2005 for "The Best Sweet Chocolate Treat". The Inn uses over 75 pounds of chocolate to prepare these treats and others for the Festival. Wow!
